*Orders €99 or over, receive free standard shipping within Europe and United Kingdom.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries in Europe.

If you reside outside of Europe, please visit: for shipping to Canada; for Singapore; for Australia; for all other locations.


How long do I have to wait to get my order?

Please note that due to COVID-19 and increased precautions in shipping facilities some orders may be delayed*

We try our best to ship out orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If you placed your order on the weekend or holiday, we will try our best to process the order on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number (if available). Please see below for the estimated delivery time:

Standard shipping: 3 – 9 business days

Express shipping: 3 - 5 business days

Do you provide tracking numbers?

With any order placed within Europe, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped out.

Can I make changes and/or cancel my order?

Please ensure that your order is correct at the time of payment, as we are unable to make any changes to your order after it has been processed in our system.


Can I combine discount codes on my order?

Only one discount code can be used at a time per order. This is a limitation of our website.
